CANCELLATION POLICY

♡ Lash Appointment Policies ♡ Cancellations & Rescheduling ♡ Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours may require a 50% service fee before rebooking. No-Shows ♡ No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed service before booking again. Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment. Late Arrivals ♡ A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Lash Fills ♡ At least 40% of your extensions must remain to qualify for a fill. Anything less may require a full set. Foreign Fills ♡ Lashes from another artist will be evaluated before your service. If they cannot safely be filled, a removal and sill set may be required. Appointment Prep ♡ Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, mascara, or strip-lash adhesive. Guests & Children ♡ Please come to your appointment without any additional guests or children unless previously approved. Refunds & Concerns ♡ All services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your lashes, please contact me within 72 hours so I can asses them and make things right when appropriate.
